4 Quick Tips to Overcome Fear

(...and it’s 2 Ugly Cousins)

4 Quick Tips to Overcome Fear, Procrastination, & Perfection

  1. Let go of your “control freak” habits: procrastination reflects your struggle with self-control.
  2. Accept flaws as “opportunities to improve.”

  4. Do it now!
