Mind Dance Psience™
An emerging, evidence-informed methodology within the Yes. How?™ portfolio that strengthens leadership practice through an integrated view of mind, body, behavior, and context.
Current status: Development, codification, and pilot design
Leadership development often trains the role and ignores the human system performing it.
Leaders are taught strategy, communication, finance, influence, and decision-making. The ability to use those capabilities is shaped by attention, stress, energy, emotion, recovery, embodiment, relationships, and organizational conditions.
Mind Dance Psience™ is being built to help leaders notice and work with that fuller system. Its scope remains leadership education and professional development, with claims calibrated to the available evidence.
Working Definition
Mind Dance Psience™ is a structured leadership-performance methodology within the Yes. How?™ portfolio. It integrates intentional movement, mindful attention, reflective practice, emotional regulation skills, narrative inquiry, and practical leadership application.
Design principles
Whole-person, role-relevant
Practices connect directly to leadership choices and performance demands.
Evidence-disciplined
Claims distinguish association, plausible mechanism, established evidence, hypothesis, and practice-based observation.

Practical

Measurable where appropriate
