In her role as the Head of Business Diversity & Supply Chain Sustainability at a Fortune 100 corporation’s, Jones champions genuine business diversity. This advocacy isn't just talk—it's substantiated by TIAA's recognition as "Best-of-the-Best Corporations for Inclusion." Her commitment to diversity also earned her an accolade as a "Supplier Diversity Champion" from the U.S. Pan-Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

Steering Tip Jones Global, Jones’ endeavors prioritize empowering Black women, reflecting her personal journey's resilience.
