Listen, ya’ll, I’m a product of the product. My practical approach to learning how to “live the dream” daily, despite how life is lifin’, began with my less than favorable journey. Once I learned how to participate in my own rescue, I studied the tools, tested and applied them, and then transformed my behaviors and habits by just one small step each day.
