Affectionately named “The Multiple Stream Queen” - Tip simply knew early on that she had a knack and true gift for developing uncommon yet effective solutions for various areas of need. She has the intuitive ability to teach others how to establish and succeed with their multiple ideas, gifts, and talents. It was in 2007 that she noticed a commonality amongst womenpreneurs she worked with: they were cash-strapped, unclear about their target audience, and lacked the confidence needed to charge the prices they truly deserved.

Serving both established and aspiring female entrepreneurs was the beginning of her motivation to become such a well-respected business coach, along with wanting to build a long-lasting family legacy for generations to come. “I want to be remembered for helping others do what they once believed they couldn’t,” Tip says. “I want my children to remember me as a supportive, loving, honest parent who set an example they can be proud of.”
